Queen Silvia Nursing Award is an international project organized by two main Founding Partners – Swedish Care International AB and Forum For Elderly Care in cooperation with other Partner organisations. Swedish Care International AB is registered in Sweden under company number 556616-3616, and Forum For Elderly Care is registered in Sweden under organization number 802489-2591.

Primarily, we collect and store data about you to help us organise Queen Silvia Nursing Award project and provide better service to you. The following are purposes we may use your information for:
2.1 To review and evaluate your application to the project, to inform you about the project progress, results and related updates.
2.2. At any time you request information from us via a form or other electronic transmission we may use your information to fulfil that request relating to our services and products.
2.3 We may also communicate with you on other unrelated products or services (e.g. news, events and marketing) which you may find of interest, only when consent has been provided.
Communication will be in accordance with the preferences that you indicated when you completed the order form/data capture form/online form or information request or subscribed to newsletter. If you have consented to receive such communications from us, you may opt out at a later date.
2.4 Contracts we make with you create a commitment, which may require contact or use of your information.
2.5 We have the right to notify you of changes to our website, products or services that could affect our service to you.
2.6 New consumers can be contacted by SCI only if consent has been granted, and only for those communications you have granted.
2.7 If you are submitting your application or any other request related to Project’s implementation in other countries than Sweden, then your data and request will be shared with a Main Partner in that country responsible for project’s implementation in that territory.
2.8 We do not share this data with any third parties besides Main Partners in different countries for any marketing purposes. However, we may have to share this data with third parties for processing and storage purposes.
2.9 You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes and the right to have your personal data erased (i.e. the right to be forgotten). If you no longer wish to be contacted for communications, please write an email to email@example.com.
Storage of personal data
3.1 We may have to transfer data outside of the European Economic Area. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it will be for storing and processing or project’s implementation in that country.
3.2 A processing staff operating outside this area may belong to our website or a supplier, in which they can process or store your information. An example: to process and complete your sale or offer support services we may have to go outside the European Economic Area for the transfer.
3.4 Information submitted by you is processed and stored using services of trusted providers (links direct to providers’ Privacy policies):
